Sometimes when I read this magazine, I feel a bit behind the times. In truth, they're just totally on top of all things computational. Online games are still fairly fresh, in terms of technology, and when actions are rapid-fire, or there are thousands of users logging on, there can be problems. Even in the cyberworld, distance from other players could put you at a disadvantage (okay, not other players per se, but intermediary computers)... good stuff. I drew a bunch of games up, and also explored issues of pure 'entertainment' (streamed videos, etc.). But the games were more interesting, visually. Me, I still prefer my ping pong in person
